itchy rash on labia minors area please help pics included

this is what ive had for a while now, the iching comes and goes... it doesnt seem like herpes because it has never spread or even left, the region looks like a cluster of prominent sebaceous glands rather than herpetic lesions, but im not sure how to stop it. hydrocortisone provides temporary relief but i know i cant use it for prolonged periods of time due to the skin thinning. ive been trying to use coconut oil around the area to calm the itching but lately its been a little unbearable. any advice would be appreciated.

    Possibly yeast or BV. Any odor or discharge?
