Itchy rash on neck and scaly rash around mouth

On top of all of my other medical problems I keep testing high for inflammation markers and now have a positive ANA test. My doctor is sending me to a rheumatologist. I have chest pain, back pain, clavicle and neck pain. Headaches on the side of my head and pain in my arms and legs that feels like it goes down to my bone. I have patches of a rash on my clavicles, neck, and chest and it itches. My doctor says it's petechiae. The internet says it shouldn't be itchy but my rash is. Anyone have similar problems?

hi.  i noticed you didn't even get one response to your post and i wanted to reach out to you.  I too had a positive ANA test.  do you know what the titer was?  I had all of those symptoms you're havinjg and it took me quite a while for the doctors to tell me i had psoriatic spondylitis with enthesitis.  I would ask your doctor for an MRI of your sacroiliac joints and also do NOT give up.  autoimmune anything is hard to diagnose BUT with high levels of injflammation in your blood tests, positive ANA, and symptoms I would bet money that it's autoimmune.  It takes awhile for doctors to diagnose because 1) science still hasn't figured out a cause; 2) many symptoms are subjective...no one can see your pain. 3) it happens a lot to women and male doctors have a tendency to dismiss our symptoms.  Just stay on them!!!!  squeaky wheel gets the grease!
