Possibly an allergy to something you are wearing? New shirt? Have you changed your washing powder? Or the body wash you use? It could also be something different that you have eaten lately? Are you in contact with something different at work?
Try taking some antihistamine medication for 2 weeks to see if it helps. If it doesnt,or it spreads more then do see your doctor.

Some rashes are easily identifiable, but many will puzzle even a doctor. If you otherwise feel well, the rash may disappear as strangely as it has appeared. . As well as the antihistamine tablet you can buy a 1% hydrocortisone ointment and use it on the itchy patches very sparingly. Use no more than twice per day for 3 days then once a day for 2 weeks. If this doesnt work or makes it worse then see your doctor.
If you start to feel unwell also see your doctor.
