Itchy roof of mouth, anyone else?

I've been bothered for the last six months or so by an annoying itchy roof of my mouth towards the back near my throat. I have been seen by my allergist and an oral & maxillofacial surgery doctor who both told me they had never heard of this. I have tested positive for seasonal grass pollen allergies, but the medications I use for that doesn't seem to help with my itchy roof of my mouth. Does anyone else experience this or am I going crazy?

    i get this often and i am a severe allergy sufferer, i find normally a hot drink can relieve symptoms for a little while , or antihistamines, but tbh i havent found a solution so if u do a reply will be be very helpfull
