I hate jump to conclusions but I’m pretty confident that’s herpes. It looks pretty similar to my genital herpes outbreak but I would go to a doctor and get a herpes culture to make sure... and they will prescribe you valtrex to make it go away. To ease the pain of urinating you can pee in the bath tub or position yourself so the urine doesn’t touch the lesions. Hope you feel better and know everything will be okay!

My first outbreak lasted 2.5-3 weeks. They say the first outbreak is always the worst. How long have you had the sores for? I started out with a few like you have now but then it got worse. When you had them two years ago was it the same? You can’t get genital herpes without vaginal or oral sex so it could have been a UTI or something else. This does present as herpes though so I highly recommend you go to a doctor!

Sounds like it’s could be genital herpes. Usually the first outbreak is the worst, if it was worse 2 years ago then that could have been your first outbreak. Usually it hurts to urinate when you get lesions and the pain starts to subside as you get used to it. I would go get tested ASAP.
