itchy spot on inner labia

hello, I've never posted anything on here but I'm hoping the response times are pretty quick. I've had this spot on my inner labia for about 2 days now & it itches extremely bad, doesn't really hurt i also have a thin white discharge kinda. every standard std test has came back negative (multiple times) I'm beyond confused & hope to find an answer before i literally lose my entire mindimage
