Itchy Urethra then a clear white discharge show in my penis

Good Day everyone

I'm experiencing Pain after I urinate, I'm a 30 year old Male, and according to my PE i'm overweight/obese.

I'm experiencing this pain for over 2 weeks, I also felt this year ago, during that time I got my first check up for UTI, but the results is clear, the doctor advice me to check for STD (I have a unprotected sex with a female friend), so I went to Urologist and show him my lab results, he told me what I have experience is "Dehydration", after that I took more water intake that before, but still I'm taking a hot tea and coffee, after a few days the pain came back, so I went to another urologist, as he check my penis he notice a redness inside my penis and he told me to take a series of test, so I take a test Bladder Stone, Kidney UTI, Prostitis and also for STD, I'm negative on STD but saw a little stone on my kindly and ask me to take a stonogram, but before I get back to my doctor to give the results, the pain is gone, and when he look again on my penis, the redness is gone, that time I told him that I'm having a "Traumatic Masturbation Syndrome" it's a way of masturbation when you are laying down in your stomach and and rubbing it on the mattress or floor or bed (With underwear on) and I've been doing that since my childhood, but the doctor said that he doesn't see it as the source of the pain.

So after that I believe the cause is dehydration, because I don't drink to much water and also taking more hot beverages than normal water, the pain also comes back when I don't take any water more. so I'm taking more water and also drink coconut oil, then I'm not doing TMS and doing the normal hand thing  [smile] .

So after a year a and 2 months, I experiencing again the same problem, my wait is now 100.3 kilos, more heavy that last year, the pain starts again after taking again TMS, the pain is not more painful than before, but the pain shows after I urinate, I also have a unprotected sex with a female friend again 8 days before the pain shows again. I check for the STD symptoms but none of them is showing just the same pain.

I went to my doctor and he advice me to take a urinalysis, I took the test and give him the result, It shows that my UA is normal, he told me that i must be on my mind, and the white discharge showing on my penis during the morning is normal, and I have to drink more water, he does not prescribed me any medicine for the pain, right now I'm still having those pain after urination, but the pain tolerable, after a few days I feel some itchy on my urethra, then when i'm about to take a pee, I saw a clear white liquid coming out on my penis, take note the discharge not in the morning, I'm very desperate, I'm very afraid, I don't know what is this and this make me feel more depress

Please help me, If it's STD why does not it shows on the UA or lab test, I know STD can cause infertility, If this happens to me I feel I want to die.

    So have you been swabbed for STDs?

    This sounds like chronic idiopathic prostatitis. It causes long term dysuria and negative UA.

    Did you have a cystoscopy and CT KUB?

      This totally got me confused, one week ago I went back to the hospital to take a KUB, after I got I results, the doctor read the results and it says that I have Kidney Stone, so I don't know if the cause of the symptoms are Chlamydia or Gonorrhea or It's just the kidney stone, can someone explain it to me?

    I don't know what might be causing your symptoms, but if you've tested negative for STIs, then you almost certainly don't have one.  It would be unusual for any STI to cause infertility anyway.

    Infertility shouldn't be a reason for you to feel like you want to die - plenty of men choose not to have children, and plenty of infertile men have children with using donor sperm or through adoption.  There's no reason not to think you're not fertile and able to have children the usual way though.

      Thanks for the advice it's just I want to have a family someday on my own, and yes I want my own child who came  on me, but still I will try my best to know what is this

      What makes you think it might be chlamydia or gonorrhoea?  Didn't you already get tested for those?  If you have a kidney stone though, that could potentially be worse, as they can be very painful.  Kidney stones can cause all sorts of symptoms, so it sounds like that's probably the problem.

      Last year I have, but this year no, but the doctor gave me shot of antibiotic and also a oral antibiotic, I felt the pain on my right side weeks after the pain in urination.

    Hi Everyone

    The same symptoms is like last year, I think the cause is the way of my masturbation, one of my doctors told me to stop TMS, when you put dehydration, TMS and overweight together it may cause a trauma on the penis, as my doctors said, right now the pain in urination is not the same as the past days and may heal through out, right now I have to stop masturbating for a few weeks for this to heal and i have to drink a plenty of water (like what I did last year). the symptoms that I only have is white discharge when is itchy, my doctor said it is a white blood and it is normal, I don't feel the other symptoms just the painful of urination, doctor told me to observe within the next day if the pain is still the same if not, It's possible on the way I live, Anxiety may contribute on the pain that I feel, he suggested for me to check that. I will update you regarding on my situation. right now if someone has a similar condition as I am kindly give me an advice on how survive this.

    Hi Everyone

    2 days ago I went to another Doctor, and told me that I have an STD, So he gave me Antibiotic Shot for Chlamydia and Antibiotics Meds for Gonorrhea, I have scheduled for Ultrasound on my prostate next week, It's weird because I talk to my female friend again (which she get mad at me), I told her if she has STD/STi, she said no and challenge me to check up together to prove that she has no signs of STD, I don't know if she is lying or not, but today I'm taking the medication for me to get better, I will check for other disease like HIV on January as my Doctors advice, this advice give me chills and I'm afraid that I can't work to another country, If I because positive on HIV, 

    For those people who's reading this, always be careful on when having sex, It's more better to have sex with your girlfriend/wife only, If you are single and sexual active, always wear a condom during sex, yes sex with no condom feels more better, but If you are having sex with someone who is not your girlfriend or wife, well think again you may have her pregnant (not because of love but lust) or get an STD (worse HIV), this is a lesson for me, that I will remember until the end of my life, If you are young and have dreams, please take care of your health and always think deeply before you are doing this, this may be your greatest regret of your life.

    From now I'm praying my condition won't be worse, as my mother said, the one who can help me is my self, I'm having a anxiety depression for a year, but now I have to fight everything for myself so my condition won't be worsen, currently I'm practicing abstinence, and control my libido or don't watch porn everyday, I know for everyone it's like a kill joy, but right now I still have dreams and responsibilities to do, and I won't do things that will make my life more complicated
