Itchy Vagina

Hi, ive had a slightly itchy vagina for months now. like not constantly itching but it occurs like every now and then. ive been tested for HIV syphilis gonarbea and chylmdia which all came back negative, and havent had sex in about 8months. im 19, and wondering is theres anything is could be? i dont know whether to bother a doctor about it, as im not sure if its anything really or im just overreacting! it just looks a little red, and my skin has always been sensitive so im wondering if it may be like a sort of reaction to washing too often or my clothes, or something else. does the colour look normal? image
