Hi Crystal, they are fordyce spots. Are you having abnormal discharge ? do you feel the itch at your clitoris or your vagina in general ? You might have a yeast infection if your having an itch an discharge.

They don't look like fordyce spots. Maybe a yeast infection.

intense itching where these spots are and on one side of the opening itches but has no rash or bumps. discharge is slightly yellow with no real smell other than how it normally smells.

you may have a yeast infection, you can try and treat it with OTC medicine and your symptoms should subside. Has it gotten better or worse ?

I've done a 7 day monistat cream treatment and still have some slight itching. tonight will be the last dose of it.

Has your discharge change to more clearer white opaque color is it still non transparent white ? How does it look now ?

it's pretty much clear. stiff itching where those spots are and the spots are still there. it's so hard to get a dr appt because of my work hours

can you post an updated pic ? did the bumps get lighter in color or are they still prominent white like in the original pic

This problem will get worse the more you itch it, so try cold water, or warm water on the area, ad consult your doctor about the issue.
