Its been 3 week with bumps and red dots on my penis

Hi,

Yesterday I've been checked by my doc and she said nothing was wrong but I'm still worried.

Everything I find online related with something similar just scares me more and I feel so lost about this situation. Does anybody know what are those red circles on glans? Also starting to appear on the skin too. It doesn't hurt but sometimes I feel a low burn or itch.
