Iv lot my hair eye brows and eyelashes and I'm only 35!

Hi there I'm a 35 year old female who has never had any problems with hair loss in her life I'm thinking that somebody put something in my shampoo along the lines of possibly gorilla glue it wouldn't come out of my hair I tried everything after 2 weeks it was starting to come out in clumps and then my eyebrows and eyelashes started falling out soon after that until I had nothing anywhere it's been almost a year and nothing's grown back I need advice please help
