Ive been battling this for years.

Hello. My name is Matthew. I have not felt myself in years. Im always tired no matter how much sleep I get. Sometimes I get lowerback pain, knee pain, headaches, etc.

occasionaly I get light headed, dizzy, nausea, and I get in like a day-dreaming moment where I feel brain dead. I use to be a drug abuser, I was experimenting recreationally with almost every kind of drug from over the counter to hard street drugs. Sometimes I get short of breath and when I try to take a deep breath I sometimes get a really sharp stabbing pain on the left side of my chest that makes me stop breathing and I have to take many small breaths to make it go away. My stomach is constantly hurting even before and after I deficate. But Ive always stayed in good shape, Im 5’8” and weigh in at 138 lbs. Im 18 and I am actually in the Army now, so Im always exercising and staying in good shape and staying hydrated and on a good diet. I have had many labs and test done on me. Ive been tested for cancer, screened for depression and anxiety, etc. Ive had many blood test, urine test, MRI’s, CT scans and beyond. No doctor has ever diagnosed me with anything or even seen anything suspisous. I have no idea what is wrong with me but Im really hoping someone here has some advice on what I should bring up to my doctor. Please and thank you!
