Those look like skin irritation from shaving.

Take a break from shaving for 5 to 6 months and see if it clears in the area - trim very carefully with scissors if you wish.

What you have on the head of your penis is caused by years of exposure to ANY form of body wash such as soap and shower gel - long-term you need to try and make the ONLY thing that contacts the head of your penis to be water for cleaning.

The bumps that you are noticing are a natural part of the make-up of the head of your penis - you are only noticing them more that you did previously. These will fade once you prevent the use of body wash on your penis - and:

Many men find using coconut oil is also beneficial long-term - but be warned, it may take 2 to 3 years to notice REAL difference. Apply the oil in a very light coating after a shower, it can also be used as a Lube for masturbation, but not with condoms.

In terms of the burning sensation there could be a simple cause: often this can come from using something like a new shower gel, or perhaps you have inadvertently applied something to the very sensitive skin that is genital skin that should not be used in that area.

If you are sure there is nothing like this going on, go get checked by a doctor

SORRY, I cannot currently respond any further if you have anything further you wanted to ask me !
