    What have you tried? I take alverine for both. I also take deflatine for trapped wind. They aren't new though, they have been around for years

    I have a medication called dicyclomine and it helps with my irritable bowel syndrome its called bentyl

    Do you use the fodmap diet?, you may be able to eliminate certain foods and solve your problem, things like lactose in milk, some fruits are high in sorbitol, etc, these type of things can cause diarrhoea and gas.
