Ive have this white painless growth on my tongue for 2 years should I be worried

this is the lump/groth it has been their for about 1 to 2 years and hasn't gotten any biggerimageFile size is too bigimage

    I would be concerned about this. Be careful of taking antibiotic Clindamicin!!

    It could be a torn part of the tongue, or it could be infection. Speak to your dentist.
