Ive joined a gym!!!!!

hey everyone

ive been thinking about joing a gym for ages, i used to go to a womens only one but it closed down, and its taken me months to get the courage to go again, the big muscly posers was putting me off, then i realised there could be some good eye candy, so its win win really,

so fingers crossed i dont loose motivation and hopefully i can shift some more weight

    Hey Sammybear, well done on joining the gym. I've been going to the gym 3 or 4 times a week most weeks and that has definitely helped me with the weightloss as I do consume more calories than most on here.

    I was reluctant to join the gym initially but me and a friend did it together and that really helped.

    Now I don't mind going on my own and I just think to myself that I am there for me, not the muscley posers or the skinny minnies.

    The muscley posers are usually far too busy staring in the mirror anyway or is that just at my gym?

    you dont need to worry about others at the gym, they're there for themselves and as for the muscle posers they wont give up their mirror time to stare at anyone else but themselves!

    i love going to the gym, i pop on my mp3 player and sweat it out on the cardio machines for an hour, its certainly helped my body shape change and i'm firmer, less wobbly!

    You are all getting me thinking I should get back to the gym. I'm the classic have the membership and never go. I've never really bothered about the muscle posers, especially as a while ago I did invest in a personal trainer and he was saying they might have loads of muscles but they aren't that fit and wouldn't last 5 mins on a treadmill!!

    well i went yesterday and had a trail personal trainer session and i have to say he knows what hes doing, i was dead after about half an hour! he specialises in weight loss, but at 30 quid an hour i dont think ill be paying for it, so ill just watch him showing the others and then copy it hehe

    off to spinning tonight, and ive heard thats a killer so i hope ill be ok, inhaler and water at the ready lol

    im knocking the tabs on the head for now as i want to see what happens with just the gym and being good and then when things slow down ill take them again

    i was a bit worried about the posers but the trainer told me that everyone is there for the same reason to get fir or lose weight

    my biggest worry now is seeing people i work with, coz i normally keep my weight loss tackling secret, but i guess ill just have to deal with that x
