HELLO IT WAS NOT WORKING WITH A HEART DRUG I TAKE SO THEY STOP THEM BOTH AND CAME OFF CITALAPRAM STRAIGHT AWAY
IS THAT OK SHOULD I BE WORRIED AND WHAT IF MY DEPRESSION
COMES BACK WHAT SHOULD ASK AS I HAVE A HEART PROBLEM AND A.FIB"

if you quit cold turkey, you're likely to experience awful withdrawal effects

I went cold Turkey due to health reasons too, the withdrawal kicked in by day 3, the absolute worst was over by week 5, I am now at week 8 and apart from blips, I feel amazing. The brain Zaps were horrible and was assured they are not dangerous. Withdrawal can affect people differently some are lucky and recover quickly, others are not so lucky. Alot of patience is needed, lots of rest, try not to overdo anything, really work on reducing anxiety, massages are great.
