Ive recently discovered these painful bumps on vagina? Herpes or infected cut?

just a few days ago i had rough sex without enough lubrication wondering if my vagina is inflamed because of the lack of lubrication during sex. Not sure if it started with a cut that is now infected. I've had small paper cuts that were from sex and not enough lube. But this time it has swollen up around my vulva and is painful to the touch, hurts to urinate, and sore image

    This doesnt look like classic herpes lesions but I have come to find that herpes looks different on mostly everyone. Any lesion on or around the vagina could be herpes, and some people report that their outbreaks appear as paper cuts.. Or it could just be a regular cut.. Do you feel like you remember cutting yourself at all? Anyway, any lesion should be tested within the first 2 days of them appearing, as the more it heals the more chance of a false negative.
