Ive tried everything, ph is normal, is it my diet

Ive been in a bv, ueast infection cycle. When it first startes i did 2 rounds of antibiotics. Bad idea. It came back of course. Ive tried boric acid, probiotics, hydrogen peroxide followes by probiotic douching which stoppes it for a few days. Ive looked into my cortisol levels and i am under stress alot being a chef, i take a natural ashwagandha to balance stress levels. I mediatate and do yoga frequently but the stress of this is leaving me hopeless. I take a multivitamin along with a womens probiotic but it just came back amd im out of answers. Please ive read alot of success stories but i dont know what i am doing wrong. Im guessing its my diet, its not the best you can say. I also have ph strips and my ph went back to neutral but its coming back still. Its itchy and the smell is there, could it be a yeast infection though? Any advice would help. Thanks ladies.

    Hi .......

May be you have thrush from the antibiotics? To remedy: a pessary from the chemist or a tablet.  Why didn't your doctor prescribe for thrush at the same time as prescribing antibiotics.  The antibiotics cause an overgrowth of candida.

Recently I had one sea salt tub dip in, using 8 ounzes of sea salt.

I recently had tinidazole antibiotics.  I am better at the moment but it comes back.

i had a very small amount of probiotic

    Used yoghurt plain for vagina.

I used tea trea oil, hydrogen peroxide.

Ph balance liquid to put in vagina (on offer at a well known chemist)

    Stopped drinking coffee

    Had green tea.

I think doctors are getting complacent about thrush pessaries and leaving it to the lady to buy herself.  The NHS is not helping women with BV particularly or women's problems in general it seems.  We all have our own stories.
