Izoloft 50mg to 75mg

i have been on zoloft for the past 10yrs 50mg. 2mths ago i had a rebound n it was horrible. i went to see my Psy' n he upped my dosage to 75mg. i m trying to cope up wth the side effects but it is just terrible. feeling really down,pains everywhere esp my abominal . lost my appetite n sosial phobia n so on. Psy' also gv me 0.05mg xanax n i hv started taking it. it this normal. how long more do i uv to go through all these. its so unbearable sometimes. pls advise.
