Jack3D pre work out suppliment, is it safe?

Today, I started using jack3d micro, I understand that the old jack3d was banned due to certai. Substances, and I was under the impression. That as the "micro" brand had had said substances removed. So I tried using the suppliment as recommended. It wasn't long before I was feeling hyped! And I couldn't sit still, while at the gym I managed to do my work out but I felt uneasy, like I was on drugs of some kind, I got home and had upper body muscle spasams and had some got flushes, so I consulted a doctor after my gym session and I was told that it was the ammount of caffeine and the dose I took for the first time. But can anyone else she'd any light on this?

Liam..caffeine high doses can cause more than hyper issues like put UR body at risk of a heart attack.

if the supplements on the market r not regulated by a agency then it my better judgement to stay as far away as possible .

Supplements like this are full of caffeine and other stimulants that can make you feel uneasy as you mentioned and even nauseous.  Many people take these types of supps exactly for that reason.  If you don't like it or you feel that your're sensitive to it, it may not be for you.  From the sounds of it, your body's reaction was not a pleasant one.  Adverse effects are possible with any supplement and it's definitely a good idea to talk to a health care professional before continuing.

Dear Liam, I have heard my partner talk about Jack3D and that it is very strong. You have to be very careful with how much you take... obviously start small and then increase the dose. My partner uses Thermobol and loves it, because he says he feels strong and focussed.. worries me sometimes. TBH I think a good cup of coffee is plenty and saves you money :-)
