Jagged clicking sound, stiffness, but not pain; feels like it all comes from the middle of the head

For a week now I have this clicking sound when touring my head, specially when it's slightly bent, like when I type. It doesn't hurt, but I feel tension. When it clicks it feels like it comes from the back side of the head, around its middle. When i tun from right to left, it clicks more.
Any ideas what this could be and how to deal with it?

Hello, here's my two cents: I AM NOT A DOCTOR. A little neck popping is probably normal. What you don't want to do is make it an issue, by forcing it to pop or continually "testing" it to see if it pops. Secondly, check your posture while typing - are you slumping? If you are, work on good posture while typing. Third, relax and don't stress. And fourth, see a doctor if it doesn't improve or to ease your mind.

Thanks a bunch!
I think my posture is a bit bad, i guess. I had neck related problems last year, pain was coming from the neck to the right hand, and some massages and physiotherapy helped a lot. But now it's a bit different, i don't have any pain, but this sound is quite sharp and when it clicks it's kinda scary. I used to have a lot of popping sounds when waking up, and always thought it was normal after sleeping, but never had this kind of jagged popping sound present in the neck/head area.
But thanks for the tips, I've been testing it too much, gonna take it easy!
