Jaw pain??

I started having pain on the left side underneath my jaw. It's fine when I'm not moving my jaw but if I start talking I feel it---it feels like tension. I know I clench my jaw a lot especially lately from anxiety but it's not my whole jaw that feels tense only the left side.

i of course only noticed this after I had major anxiety over stomach pain I had before. I'm so tired of health anxiety it's literally one thing after the other lol.

Anyway does anyone have these jaw pains ever?

Tmjd can be sporadic and calm down on it own many times. Since its a new symtom for you give it a at least two weeks and see if it calms itself other wise visit your dentist,

The same with me although on the other side. You say you are suffering tension and anxiety, people lock down their jaw to the back teeth and brind them backwards and forwards, you need to try an stop this and the best way is the next time you go to the Dentist explain what you are doing as you are thinning the enamel and compressing onto the casp of the tooth that will sensitise the sensations you are feeling. Sometimes the jaw can lock itself and some wake up and have poblems opening their mouths, this lasts for a short period of time

However your Dentist can make you a Splint that eases of the pressure on your teeth as you grind them.

    Talk to your Dentist.

Tummy pains are caused when your Anxiety produces excessive castric juices, if the tummy is empty this will irritate the lining in your tummy. There are tummy mixtures that can be used, from Chemist or Doctor.

You need to talk to your GP if your Anxiety is really bad.
