Hey Catherine!
Firstly calm yourself down. I havery the same pain as you do. Like the pain comes and go ftomorrow time to time and sometimes it's not there. But do you realise that it's not there when we are busy doing something fun? I notice that it only happens to me when I take notice of the pain or like weird feeling of my jaw. It feels as tho my jaw is so tight and I can barely open my mouth sometimeshut cause it hurts. But I already went for countless of checks but everything is normal. So don't worry too much yeah? And if you're still unsure and if the pain persist, please have a check to clear the thougr away.

Thank you so much for your answer!!
I feel exatly the same!! To be honest my neck was tight and sore one day and then i remembered that my jaw was hurting in august!! and when i thought about it it started hurting again!! I also touch my jaw bone so much to feel any differences or idk exactly what i try to figure out..it causes pain as well!! Anxiety is awful, i just need reassurance!! It doesn't hurt so much when i open it, i can hear *cracks* on both sides and only get random spasms.

So sorry for all the typos haha! Yes it will somehow make your neck sore and all but nothing was actually serious. But don't let it be something whereby you keep avoiding the pain when it's constant. I understand that you like to touch it and see whether it's different. I do that a lot too but only do it when the pain comes. So yeah this will conclude your thought so don't worry so much ok? Just take deep breaths, do something that doesn't make you think of the pain. But remember, if it's constant pain, go get it check. Thanks 😊

I was in your shoes and I still have aniety but it's under control for the most part. I would really suggest going to see a psychiatrist and tell him/her what you are feeling and telll then everything OK. Don't be scared, they can work on a Med plan to help you feel better then if needed they will modify the Med's if they are not working. Good luck and you will feel much better I promise!!!! Joe

You are so welcome and let me tell you something, my Anxiety was so bad I had to go to the hospital for 3 days, yes the Psych Ward 5150. I wanted to go there and get help and it was the best thing I ever did, within 2 days I felt 50% better, they put me on Seroquel so I could sleep, I was only sleeping 3 hours a night and that really meesed me up. So with the right Meds which do take some time to dial in, I'm so much better. Good luck
