I have had my Sertraline brand changed after years. I am now on Milpharm and I have realised it is not helping me as much and my mood and anxiety has increased, is any one else on this brand please. Also my GP wants me to increase dose after many years on 100mg to 150 mg daily,

Hi Ann how weird ive changed to this brand also I always asked for aurobindo brand as there is definitely differences in the ingredient amounts in each brand so I think its best to always try and stick with same one

The chemist I spoke to believed millfarm was the same as aurobindo as in same packaging im now not convinced!!!

I find aurobindo the best. The Sertraline Chloride is exactly the same in generic versions and brands, e.g Lustral/Zoloft. It's the filler ingredients in the tablets that change and Aurobindo gives me the least side effects.

Thanks for all your replies I don't think this make is having the same affect, I will ask my pharmacist why they have changed the brands.

Has anyone had side effects when they have increased from 100 to 150 mg please
