just returned from Canada. I am trying to adjust by taking my usual 30mg dose in the afternoon getting earlier each day to get me back to my usual morning dose routine. Feel pretty awful. Any advice on managing this drug with jet lag?

How long was you in Canada ,and why did you not take them over there.by not taken them whilst abroad you may have too start as if you were starting afresh again

i took them all the time but due to the time difference I'm taking them over 24 hours later.
