Hi Sharon,
Yes, mine is in the back, ribs, and jaws. Both sides.
I have heard that Evening Primrose Oil may help with aches and pains such as that... I am going to start that in the next day or 2 and see how it goes. I will let you know.

My shoulders--back of my neck aches when I'm stressed out. Usually around X-mas time but it was really bad a few weeks ago-- I vowed to start getting massages but it hasn't happened yet. A few years ago-- my dentist told me I was grinding my teeth at night so I bought a night guard. That could help your jaw pain or worth looking into

Hey Sharon, these are among my primary complaints, but I also have fibromyalgia. Ironically my jaw pain is always on the right side as well. Even though I’ve had this for years I’m always convinced I’m having a heart attack when it happens. Jaw pain is one of the symptoms for women 😦 I think you’ll find the symptoms are worse at ovulation & your cycle ( I am post menopause three years but I still get this at those times) and also when you consume sugar, or food with additives and preservatives. I recently found out that in York peppermint patties, that I love, they have what’s called Soy Lecithin and that brings on hot flashes. And it actually takes five days to get out of your system. it’s in many foods, you may want to check the ingredients in the future on anything yiu eat. I was also told that could be causing inflammation in the body, so including the jaw. Take Care!

Hi sharon.
yessss absolutely. have struggled to find women who struggle close to what i do. everyone is suffering terribly but i mean with same or similar symptoms to me.
you said you are right sided where mine is left sided but jaw is whole jaw.
i have shocking neck pain and left shoulder/arm. facial skin burning left side. jaw pain/ tingling at easiest/burning and pain at worst plus teeth pain( no teeth issues/no holes etc) bladder pain/burning/frequency (crippling pain) no Uti though feels like the worst kind. Anxiety off the charts/ hottest pit of Hell flashes. can't cope with heat or sun anymore and burning mouth syndrome and the list goes on but HRT has eased most of these symptoms. the burning and jaw pain and such i have been given carbamazepine an anti convulsive drug and that has really helped unless im late for dose or try to get off the meds. hope you find relief too.

YES, me too! I am 44 and in peri for the last 3 years. Mine is all left sided, including my neck, around my eye, jaw, and occasionally in my teeth too. The pain is there every day. I wear a mouth guard at night which seems to help a little with the teeth and jaw pain. I have so many symptoms these days that I'd be here all day trying to list them. I take every day as it comes at the moment, but it's tough working full time and being a single mum of two kids.
