Joint issues?

I have been following this forum for several months and I have found it to be so helpful.
I am 46 and I have had GA for about 15 years. It was at it's worst about 3 months ago...so frustraing. I have been seeing an accupuncturist regularly( twice a week) for awhile and I am seeing some fading in a couple of areas. As well as treatment he has added supplements and done some testing.
I am sleeping much better and feel much more relaxed overall. I have found that stress make my GA more inflamed.
I tested high in lead. Accupuncturist also tested for allergies and I have a few big ones.. wheat, peanuts, yeast, brewers yeast, garlic, some beans and almonds. I have been working on taking these out if my diet. I eat very healthy and I have been a vegetarian since I was about 12.
My question is does anyone else have joint problems? I have suffered with burcitis in both hips and was diagnosed with a tear in one hip. I am now suffering with pain in my shoulders. It feels like too much of a a coincidence and I am wondering about GA affecting my joints.
Thanks for any imput!

My mobility has become awkward and slow in getting moving. Not strong pain but a consistent awareness of my joints.

My GA is nearly non existent since having a hair test done for intolerances a little over a year ago. I gave up all of the foods on my list when I got the test results & in about a month noticed that I was no longer breaking out. They have mostly now all faded away so it seems pretty clear that the GA was an allergic reaction.
That said, my arthritis has not noticeably improved & in the last 8 years, I've had a knee and hip replaced.
Best of luck to your quest to find your answer.

I try to be so healthy in so many ways and I feel sad that my body is fighting this auto immune disease. I want to help it.
