if you have joint pain, how do you control your pain? What works for you? Thank you.

    its a tough one this as i have found you get arthritis , gout, joint pain back and hips

    i cope with cocodomal try and avoid ibuprofren its not good on stomach

    avoid the opiods they fog you out
