Joint pain at only 20

Posted , 2 users are following.

Hello, I'm a 20 year old female of healthy weight. For the past 3 weeks or so I've been having burning pain on both outer ankles when I walk. They both started hurting at the same time. It stops hurting when I stop walking. Sometimes it spreads discomfort to my calves, where it feels like they're being strained. The pain also spreads to the top of my feet.

Any sort of help would be appreciated.

I'm moving to a different country soon, so I don't really have time to be making doctor appointment.

Thank you

I wonder if you have flat feet? ie the arches of your feet are non existant.  You could try getting some arch lifts put in your shoes to correct the tilt of your feet. You should be able to buy these.
