joint pain in menopause

Sence starting the menopouse a year ago my joints have become very painfull im 50 my fingers feel like a truck has run over them I'm also getting little lumps on my finger joints I have constant pain in my wrists and down my arms my hips ach and my knees and my lower back please can anyone help with advice please

    Lena. Hi, sounds painful stuff. Menopause can set off certain things. Go to your doctor and ask to be sent to a rheumatologist as a starting point. Keep me posted. vJ
