HI on sertraline 25mg , 28 day side effects bad dreams , pins and needles hands in the night, feeling hot, joints ache rotton, has anyone stayed on 25mg , and it's worked, don't want to go higher as dreams are terrible , thank you

Hi, I am sensitive to meds in general and I am on 50mg and the side effects I have experienced are pins and needles too and also muscle twitching during the night which is so annoying. I am confident it will settle once the meds settle as its only been two weeks but I don't think we can underestimate how strong this medication is! Plenty of people have recovered on 25mg only. Have you had any good days in relation to mood/anxiety? I have started to be less anxious the past few days x
