Juicing For health

so i just bought a juicer. Between ailments and anxiety i figured it made a lot of sense. I have heartburn right now, and on and off gerd so i will start slowly and carefully. Its healthy in moderation so that should squash the health anxiety part, im on no meds so no worries on citrus interactions and i just really want to be healthier somehow. I take suppliments but a lot of what im reading keeps saying food is better, although if soil is depleted im still not sure if will work. Anyway im hoping that all this anxiety i get from my existing ailments and fears of the ailments will calm down somehow through nutrition. If it does i will let everyone know. If anyone has tried this for at least a month with success a story would be encouraging. ginger and basil seem to be many lists and i currently eat them but unsure if i eat enoug to make a difference. I think a part of me really believes certain parts of the anxiety is nutrient related or some virus and im hoping to remedy that. Im not going into this believing its a cure all but hoping its helpful. Any input would be welcome.

Yes, food can help.  Anxiety and Gastitis/Reflux problems are directly related.  Food with Dairy, Gluten or even Soy can activate your anxiety.  Try a Gluten free diet for 2-4 weeks, if not stat with a dairy free diet or both. I'm doing it right now but more for my mild gastritis/reflux because my anxiety is pretty much under control.

I think diet is beneficial if your dealing with just health anxiety. I use to think juicing was beneficial but Ive also read on facts it isnt. Its healthier to eat the fruit and such. Information from dr esselytn "juice. Fructose separated from fiber is too rapidly absorbed and injurious. You lose the benefits of fiber, best obtained eating the fruit. Chew your food".

Actually food with Gluten, dairy or Soy can cause anxiety (specially Gluten)  Health anxiety is when you have other medical conditions which may or may not have to do with food.

I have become huge on eating ginger and basil and adding ginger to the juicing. Seems to be really good so far. I really just started this, the ginger and basil i have been using for a few minths. I have noiced when i stay in a clean diet i feel so much better but then i ruin it by a holiday or eating out. Theres is definetly some kind of connection to diet and how i feel.

Yes, it has been proven their is a connection with your digestive system and Anxiety/Depressions. Eating helathly and in some cases eliminating Gluten, Dairy or Soy can make a BIG diffrence.  I take Ginger myself, but never tried basil, Time to give it a try. ;-)  btw, B vitamins like B1,2,3,8, and 9 can help as well with streess. And never forget B12l. ;-)
