Jumping during sleep.

I am an 84 year old male in reasonably good health apart from a compression fracture in my spine. Unfortunately my problem affects my partner more than me. She is unable to sleep because of my jumping, twitching and trembling most of the night. I am not aware of the problem and I have to ask her each morning if it occurred. I have cut out cheese, chocolate and caffeine and no difference. My medication ls Ramapril and Bisoprolol, I have even taken a week off them but no different. Having said all this, sometimes I can go 2 or 3 days without it happening . Just wondering what triggers it and if there is a drug for this problem or anyone else have similar.
