Thanks, I'm on week 13, had to have a screw in my 5th metatarsal, still got a boot and crutches but I'm getting there. Trouble is sometimes I can't tell if I'm in pain or if it's the fybro, had to convince hubby that I needed to go to A&E, should have seen his face when he saw the x-rays showing the fractures.

Oh poor you susan.  I have OA in my right ankle due to a major accident few years back then Christmas before last I slipped and broke my metatarsal in my left foot - as with you I had a boot and crutches etc.  I looked a real mess, as I dont have sufficient support on the other leg to be non weight bearing on the left, so for 4 weeks I was zooming around in a wheelchair with boot stuck out front.  I can laugh now about the nightmare of going to the loo - was like something out of a carry on film smile

Yes going to the loo must have been a pain, it's bad enough for me, as we only have one upstairs. The day after doing my foot and ankle I stubbed my toes on the other foot and broke two, then this week I caught the small toe which is now black and blue, no way am I going to get that one checked out.
