just checked my blood pressure 121/55 is this okay i heard that dia should be a minimum of 60 im in to heavy weight training 28 years old 98kilos thanks guys

    Maybe. A single BP reading can be interesting but it really doesn't mean much by itself. If this has happened often then you should see somebody. A trainer may be able to relate it to something in your training, or if not see a doctor. If this is the only time it happened I would kind of tuck it away in memory and move on.
