Just discharged from hospital and this was in my discharge papers and not sure what it means

Just been discharged from the hospital with a kidney infection I had iv antibiotics and a ultrasound on my discharge letter it says something I'm not quiet sure what it means does anyone know just really curious thanks tia

( USS SHOWED PROMINENCE OF LOWER CALYX OF LEFT KIDNEY ) ???

    USS= ultrasound,which showed part of the "ducts",or calyx, that urine flows through has become distended or swollen. This sometimes ,but not always,means that you have a kidney stone lodged there. This could be the cause of your infection.
