Yes, I know exactly what you're going through. I felt this way until I started taking vitamin d3, then things finally came back. Increase your dosage if you're just taking one pill. Vitamin d3 and st. John's wort brought me back.

The doctor says my levels are low. He told me to start taking vitamin d3 supplements. I read several articles about vitamin d deficiency and depression.

Yes, Maria Vd3, is called the sunshine pill here in the States because it's a positive mood changer. Works on the cell on so many levels it's an excellent vitamin.

I will follow my doctor's advice, and yours also and start taking it.
Thanks so much.

yes the weird feelings that happen are really very bizarre, and so hard to describe them. The body is capable of strange sensation, ie sea sickness is one example. The mind and body connection in harmony works amazing, but when hormones are not balanced wow truly is an awful scary experience for so many women. Its not talked about openly enough, Drs are still denying that we suffer, its easier to blame anxiety and give us another anti, depressant. I feel very odd and often think im going crazy! Im sure this is something we all go through. We keep plodding on though!

I've had really weird head feelings also . My main thing seems to be my stomach . I just seem to shift it . Last night I woke up feeling like I was going to be sick again and now my stomach feels a bit off again . I was also sweating a lot . It just seems like I never feel 100% . I am getting so concerned about this sick stomach , but my doctor doesn't seem concerned . I am 49 and still have regular periods .

Yes, very unsettling, the feeling that your mind is coming untethered from your brain, the lack of focus. Memory and verbal skills for me---once a strong, clear radio signal---at midlife have drifted into a series of intermittent roaming signals and so much static. I more easily forget words/names, and would give almost anything to feel normal again. It's sometimes called "brain fog," aptly capturing the forgetfulness, confusion, and attendant unease, courtesy of shifting hormones. The B and D vitamin spectrums are helpful, as is passionflower. And don't forget the powerful medicine of good sleep.
