Anxiety and its negative effects on your body, as explained above, reduces when you are busy. This shold point out to you your body is sensitized to sensations and possible illnesses in and on your body. This should help you approach the unpleasant sensations yu feel.

I know this must sound insensitivty, when I read many script of site serious health concerns allays seem to trip of the brain without considering the implications of these serious conditions like Stroke. It is important you are able to control this type of fear, you will worry and cause many more diagnosis without a full tranche of tests. When a person suffers a Stroke it is generally not pain that is the problem, it is something different.

Try and understand the implications of a health problem before opening p to that condition, ask yorself the odds of having that sort of problem. Take into consideration your Age and the real problem you suffer from ANXIETY.

Ask yourself the benefits of any tests, although yo will also need to consider the implications of any decisionsĀ  you need to take into consideration. I am not trying to cal you out in anyway, I am being honest, because you need to taking in the implications of your true problem that is very real, that yo may be able to control yourself in the very near future

Consider it this way, we have one illness, the chances of a serious prognosis is extremely rare, The younger we are the chances you will turn up your toes will be RAREĀ  all is ok, If you get a good, negative diagnosis you still feel bad because of your anxiety, you ask for a retest!!!. The risk you put yourself to is greater than the actual illness you think you have. Yes your GP will arrange further tests it is your decision if you feel the repeat test is worth that risk. If comes back clear when will you accept that result or will you return to your GP and bend His ear another time. Or will you start and understand you are ok. Even though the risks from various tests can cause health problems
