just found this mole on my private area looks different from other moles i have can it be melanoma ?

I am 21 years old female. Recently few days ago I noticed this mole on my private area. It's the first time I noticed and I have no idea about when it developed. I have concern for melanoma cause I really have around 15-16 moles on my body . This looked a lot different from those . Could this be Melanoma ? There are no physical symptoms . The mole has a diameter of 3-4mm.
