Just got 10 mg lexapro and 300 mg neurotin 3 times a day

Has any one had success with these? I have severe anxiety and bad panic attacks. On kolnopins currently help keep me sane. Any advice on this stuff

    I tried lexapro once which did help but it made me feel like a zombie. I had a numb feeling to my head and face and had problems thinking. It may not have that effect on you but start small and slowly increase as you need. I think my doctor put me on too high a dose from the start but after having that effect, I never wanted to try it again. It didn't happen until a few days to a week after I started though. Just take it easy.

    You should Google the neurotin suicides. This medication is an anticonvulsant and when used for any other thing it's considered off label. There has been a large amount of suicides linked to that drug. It has never been approved for anuthing other than a seizure medication. There have been so many lawsuits over this.

      Nuerotin is the newest off label they are using in the theory it calms the muscles and nerves but you have made a great point about if a person is depressed i wouldnt think it would play out well. Its a sedative.scary in what your stats said with suicides.they need to do a lot more research in all this.
