Just got back from Perth. Wife has fever and sore throat... should I worry?

Just got back from traveling to Perth Australia. Wife started feeling ill yday when we just landed with a slight sore throat. Today at 7:30pm she had a temperature of 37.3 degrees Celsius. However at 11:15pm, her temperature had gone up to 37.8. 

When I google stuff, there’s tons of horrifying diseases that pair fevers and travel together that’s getting me very worried and anxious. 

Do adults get fevers still? Sigh, any advise or help is appreciated! Thanks!
