Mate im almost 23 and have just been diagnosed with missaligned hips, mild scoliosis in the back and neck aswell as Straightening in my neck, theres pretty much nothing you can do about it other than starting to do stretches more often, seeing a chiropractor or physio to help correct the imperfections and correcting your posture.

I have severely tight muscles in my upper back and neck from incorrect posture aswell as the imperfections in the bone structure

      kurt19299,

Can you tell me if your muscles are tight all the time and if it moves from place to place?  Does you also feel tightness in your, chest/ribs, abdomen?  Does it seem difficult to breathe sometimes?  Tightness for me seems to be worse after eating.  Do you get symptoms in extremities?  I get lower leg weakness and tingling.  Thanks in advance.

Yep everything you just said i have problems with..

muscle weakness pretty much all over, pains in the lower legs everyday and tingling and numbness.

Constant chest and rib tightness which makes it hard to breathe, a full feeling across the left lower ribs and upper abdomen/sternum area , left shoulder seems to get stuck and pop at the shoulder blade when i try to rotate it

      Kurt19299,

This is bittersweet as now I know what it is but nothing I can do to reverse it.  Any suggestions on managing it?  I see the Scroth therapist suggestion but I cannot find any in my area.

      Thanks so much.

Try to find certified Schroth therapist (specialized physio for scoliosis and kyphosis). From your x-rays they will design exercises to build your own internal brace that helps to support the curved back. Reduce/eliminate pain, improve appearance and mobility. Must be dedicated to doing them daily (30-40 min) but it works really well if you're keen to control this.
