I had a severe attack on Sunday and only on Tuesday have i felt ok. Today my right side is hurting, headache and brownish urine. I wont get to see my doctor till Friday. Should i be concerned over these symptoms? Or what should i look out for so I know when i should go to the ER?

Only you know how bad you feel. I was told to go if I had severe pain. Gall bladder and pancreas problems can develop quickly. Do you have an out of hours Dr service you could see?

try taking buscopan....its meant for IBS but Ive been prescribed them from my GP and I have gallstones.  They stop spasms in your abdomen.  Im waiting for a op at the moment, my gallbladder keeps becoming inflammed and it feels like a lump under my rib, and my GP said if that lump feels like its going to burst and I keep going sick, then go to A&E.  Are you in severe agony?  or isit a aching pain?  If its severe agony then I would go to A&E.  Its better safe than sorry!!  Also if you start getting jaundice, then go to A&E

I would go to the A&E,I had your symptoms and left it,you'd be amazed how quickly it can get worse,in the end ended up with excruciating pain went to the A&e,gallbladder inflamed and had pancreatitis had to stay in hospital with intravenous antibiotics, gallbladder needed to come but could as was to bad had to wait 4 months before it was ok to have the key hole......good luck hun.
