Was able to stop it but later had dizziness and felt weak. Are these normal symptoms?

I think if your heart rate is very high during an episode of SVT and lasts a long time then you will feel weak after.  I'm not sure about feeling dizzy afterwards.  I often feel dizzy, faint and very strange (kinda detatched from reality) when I am having a SVT.

Dizziness and a feeling of weakness is pretty normal for SVT.  Sometimes this is the only sign that you are having an episode.  If blood is not pumping through your heart properly then you will feel dizzy and weak from the lack of oxygen throughout your body.  Before I had my SVT under control I felt dizzy many times, even near feinting.

You need to find out what your triggers are for the episodes.  Look through other postings, you'll see lots of discussions about triggers.  I've discussed mine, as well as remedies that work for me.

Do the research, find out causes and rememdies, and make changes to your lfestyle, all will help.  Once you have more information you'll feel less stressed.  Stress is one of the worst things for SVT, it brings on the episodes.

    Wishing you all the best.
