Really appreciate your support in advance

Does anyone (ladies) feel really bad and depressed before your period? I don't know if it's that but been gradually increasing dose.. Not on 50mg yet but getting there. This week I've slightly improved but today I'm in a very dark place... Like I was when I started... Is it normal to still get really bad days like this coz I've been on ADS for nearly 3 months although not on one dose for longer than 3 weeks...

Really down today can't see any light...

I feel the same as you!

I don't know how I ended up feeling so bad and now stuck in it and hoping this will be the way out.

Thank you for replying just feel like so unmotivated and like I'm in a dark hole.

Read your other posts... Keep persevering because during my 3 months on sert I experienced 2weeks of absolute bliss like I was wrapped in cotton wool. That's the only thing keeping me going... Believing I'm going to reach that place again.

I really hope so. I know a couple of my friends who have been on Sertraline and they said they had minor symptoms so thinking I'm going mad!

I know exactly what you mean about the dark hole though. I feel its never going to go away and its like a cloud hanging you, always there. Fingers crossed for is both!
