Just need some advice

Hey guys im a undiagnosed cause of ibs ( going through diagnosis now. I have litreally had a flare up half hour ago and my stomach kills. But also my colon/bowel? Is this normal well normal for ibs? Iv taken Buscopan which has relieve the pain but now I'm left with my stomach feeling so tender and my bowel/colon hurting like feeling all bruised. Sorry of this is TMI but like sitting on the toilet after this attack once my muscles relaxes it hurts so much been checked for hemaroids and everything fine just suspected ibs.

Any information will be great!! ??????????

    Exactly the same as me, I take parcetmol for the pain and lie down in bed and watch a DVD. I think its most likely to be your bowel over your colon.

    Had the doctor given you any prescribed medication? Spazmanol is good and my GO gave me that before any diagnosis.

    Takes a number of attacks before hemorrhoids occur.  I think for this with IBS this is only a matter of time.  It is due to the fierceness of the BM's I have been told by my doc. 

    Your symptoms do not sound unusual to me.  I had times when I was literally, I mean literally in the literal sense, running to the loo 7 or 8 times and sometimes more in the space of 3 to 4 hours.  After which I would be perspiring, have stomach pain, bottom pain and exhaustion.  Don't worry about TMI. I talk about things in here I would never mention in polite society. Even when I was repeatedly late and asked for detail about lateness the most I would say was dicky tummy with occasional sickness.  I just can not talk about this sort of stuff outside of typing.

    Your symptoms do sound typical of IBS.  A tender stomach is also very common.  However. ask your doctor about your colon hurting because I haven't heard of this with IBS.  Having said that, everyone experiences IBS differently. I take Buscopan too and it helps with my cramps.

    What tests have you had to rule out other causes?

      Blood test and trial and error with foods, im pushing for getting reffered to hosp for a camera. Well doc said my colon would where my stomach and colon are going in to spasums just feel like i have been punch in the stomach sad

    yup, the spasms are like cramp, so when they are over its normal to hurt. i find pain killers and hot water bottle/wheat bag help

    Thanks everyone.. Im not in any spasum pain today just all my stomach hurts like i have been punched in the stomach 100x sad good old buscopan and pain killers helpd plus i a hot bath then water bottle in bed
