Just noticed this (pictures) - Should I be worried?

So I had no burning, itching, anything like that..noticed no blisters or puss or anything.

Just looked down and saw this. Doesn't hurt or anything, not sensitive to the touch.

I shaved the area to get a better look. This is on my inner thigh in the "chafe" zone/groin area like between my scrotum and thigh.

I've had jock itch here twice.

Good evening.  When was the last time you had jock itch.  That could be the start of it again or it is just irritation of the skin because your so hairy.  Hairy men have to use different thing in hot whether.  If you have any of the cream you use before please use it before it gets worse.  Take care  Ken

Mmmm, probably 6 months ago. I've had athletes foot pretty permanently. It's been rather dormant lately as I've been non-stop applying fungal spray...problem is it's so deep in my nails and stuff it doesn't leave. I had previously gone to a specialist and they had me on some medication but the amount they were charging me just to come in the office even with insurance was blowing my mind so I quit. Sooo, I'm always at risk of moving it from my feet back to the region via putting on my boxers, etc.

Hi IGS, I would say its a heat rash looking at the areas there in, try some Aqueous cream, its cheat to buy and goes a long way, you can even wash those areas with it then apply some after, that should clear your problem up.

I was thinking that honestly. I'm active (gym, running, walking my dog) and also spend long periods of time sitting down (gaming).

Hi IGS Look just try the cream its very cheap to buy and works wonders, its hot so when you gaming stay cool by getting your cloths off, it will let your skin breath.

    Foculitia or herpes

Any reasoning behind this? Particularly herpes?

I saw you'd previously made a post of potentially herpes but your pictures look nothing like this as yours are crater-like / lifted / crusted whereas these are flat to the skin.

I was going to hit a doctor early this week but it’s almost completely gone now. Fading areas that are kinda shiney

I've added some new photos. The lighting in some is from a flash and really whitens things up.

Hi LGS I would still say there from being hot they may have been heat blisters a nd the above cream will put you right. as at your chemist for it.
