Just over three weeks on sertraline- Knee and chest pain that comes and goes?

has anyone experienced this? I have been taking zoloft/ sertraline for just over three weeks now and before that i was taking prozac for two weeks. I am a keen gym goer and ever since I have been taking SSRi's i have experienced stiff joints especially my knees and neck and pain in my neck and shoulders and back that all comes and goes. I have also had experienced chest pain like heartburn across my chest and constant feeling of a blocked and stuffy nose. My knees have also started aching today and my muscles tire and get sore easily. Has anyone had something similar since taking zoloft/ sertraline? thanks : )
