Hey guys so some of you maybe know that I have this breathing problem that's mostly due to anxiety well anyways I went over to my grandmas house and she babysits my 6 month old baby cousin and I love babies so much so I was pretty much playing with her the whole time I was there and it was crazy I started breathing normal well I guess I just wasn't paying attention to it as much. Lol I just wanted to share this. I think it's crazy how anxiety works.

A strong awakening for you to realize and embrace its time for you to place less focus on your body and more on just living life.

Because your mind was off of yourself and attention on baby.. It just shows you if you redirect your attention to something else, you can beat this! Plus it should give you comfort that you do in fact have an anxiety problem👌The mind is very powerful indeed. It believes what we tell it 👍💜
